"The Road Home
                       is Always Longest"

Dear Manager,
My name is Andrew Mrozinski and I currently reside in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. I love this city and love partaking in community ventures.
I am currently employed with JD Aero. It is a great company with a great group of employees which help the company maintain fixed wing aircraft. I found myself here after taking a year leave of absence from working with the Ministry of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry (MNDMNRF) and I would like nothing more than to further my career in the Sault were I can be close to my family.
In addition to working with Pioneer Construction I worked with Superior EMS as a Fire/Rescue Technician and First Aid Instructor part time. Throughout my careers and education, I have had opportunities that have provided me with the fundamental knowledge needed to succeed. I feel I have great qualities that would be an asset to any team.
Working as a Fire Ranger for the past several years has adapted me to be able to work in a stressful, fast paced environment that to most people would be physically demanding. . I am proficient with mechanical applications and have good knowledge of small engines, 12volt systems, hydraulics as well as cosmetic work such as body work, etc. I am knowledgeable of how things work in general and have a knack at figuring things out that I don’t know. Working with Superior EMS, I am certified as an Emergency Medical Technician as well as a First Aid Level C Instructor. Safety is of the upmost importance to me and has given me knowledge of all types of policies, guidelines, and directives both in and out of a work environment. I am familiar with MSDS, WHMIS, OH&S Regulations, and all other workplace safety measures. As a crew boss fire ranger, it is of the utmost importance to be a team player and focus on the team working together in a way that holds safety at its core and promotes collaboration. I am a positive person who gets along well with people from diverse backgrounds. As a First Aid Level C Instructor, I take pride in providing knowledgeable, respectful customer service, ensuring that students understand the material and become competent at administering first aid. As an Emergency Medical Technician, I demonstrate my ability to remain calm and provide emergency service in a variety of situations. In these positions, I demonstrate strong communication skills to disseminate and gather essential information. Through my organization and time management skills and my ability to obtain information at a moments notice, I excel in the workplace. Good organizational skills are paramount to creating a safe work environment as safety is a priority. I have taken several computer science courses. My love for computers did not stop when I left school. I am constantly updating myself with technologies as they are publicly released and as they pertain to my current jobs. I am self-taught in programming (java, python), understand Shell and corresponding commands, Windows operating systems as well as programs compatible with that system (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
I would love the opportunity to join your team and help continue to improve this great community through city services and help provide these services using all this knowledge I have gained. I look forward to speaking with you in the future.

Sincerely,

Andrew Mrozinski
